Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting our company's growth and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
    • Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
    • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.


  1. Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
    • Implement and promote HR policies and procedures.
    • Organize and facilitate employee engagement and retention activities.


  1. Performance Management:
    • Support performance appraisal processes and development plans.
    • Assist managers with performance-related issues and employee development initiatives.
    • Monitor and report on employee performance metrics.


  1. Compliance and Record Keeping:
    • Ensure compliance with Jordanian labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
    • Manage HR-related reports and metrics.

  1. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
    • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
    • Evaluate training program effectiveness.


  1. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
    • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
