Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Key Account Sales Manager to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the FMCG sector. This role involves developing strategic relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management within the FMCG industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
    • Monitor and analyze account performance to identify opportunities for growth.


  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.


  1. Market Analysis and Business Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
    • Identify potential new key accounts and work towards converting them into long-term clients.


  1. Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and account management.
    • Analyze sales data to make informed business decisions and provide insights to senior management.
    • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.


  1. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and achieve overall business objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members.
    • Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
