Position Overview: The Junior Supply Chain Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain operations. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with an Industrial Engineering degree who are eager to apply their analytical skills and contribute to the success of our supply chain processes. No prior experience in supply chain management is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, transportation, and warehousing.
• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the supply chain, and support the implementation of solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or shortages.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Support Projects: Assist in supply chain projects, such as implementing new software systems, optimizing logistics routes, and improving supplier relationships.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of supply chain processes, procedures, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
