Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our dynamic construction company in Jordan. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, prior experience in the construction industry, and a strong command of English and Microsoft Office tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate office administration procedures.
  • Manage daily correspondence, emails, and phone calls in English and Arabic.
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain company records, files, and important documents in an organized and secure manner.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to construction project documentation, tenders, and contracts.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory and compliance documents.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar role within a construction company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with construction-related documentation and terminology.
